Our history with AV Marbles
AV Marbles is a trusted name in building material supply, specializing in floor tiles, marbles, granites, sanitary ware, and CP fittings.
In 2015, GridArcGreen proudly designed and constructed AV Marbles' exclusive showroom in Pallipuram, Thiruvananthapuram. Transforming a once-isolated location into a landmark, our innovative design and strategic execution enhanced their roadside presence, driving attention and significantly boosting business growth.
Proposed revamp
The building spans four floors, including two basement levels and two above ground. However, the NH widening project significantly impacted the structure, prompting a revamp.
With half the area lost to road development and no setback from the roadside, the redesign embraced a sleek, minimalistic roadside aesthetic. Despite the challenges, the new design creates the perfect blend of functionality and style, allowing the building to stand out proudly amidst the growing developments along the street.
To compensate for the lost area, three to four additional floors are being added to the existing structure.
The upgraded building will feature unique multifunctional spaces tailored to meet the region's evolving needs, including studio offices, studio apartments, a penthouse, a mini-conference and seminar facility, and a rooftop garden ideal for parties and events.
